How quickly will I be sent potential candidates?

For most roles, an initial shortlist within 7-14 working days.

If we are struggling to fill a role, we'll tell you that upfront rather than send weak CVs to look busy.

What if the hired candidate doesn't work out?

We provide a 12-week replacement guarantee.

If the candidate leaves within that window, we will restart the process at no additional cost.

How does exclusivity work?

If you want Conduit Talent working solely on your search (with no other agencies involved) we offer an exclusive arrangement.

In exchange for that commitment, we ask for a small upfront retainer of £1,500, which is deducted from the final placement fee on a successful hire.

Exclusive searches are prioritised over contingency work and typically complete faster.

I'm a potential candidate. How do I register?

We'll be in touch within 48 hours if we think that we can work with you!

How do I get started as a client?

If everything goes well a Terms of Business will be sent to sign, and we will begin the search immediately.

No lengthy onboarding, no portal — just a conversation and a contract.

Do you only work with London-based companies?

No, we work with any UK tech company regardless of location.

We do, however, have a particular focus on South West and London-based firms.

What sectors do you specialise in?

We are generalists across disciplines in the tech sector, specifically:

AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud, Software Engineering, and senior tech leadership (e.g. CTO, VP Engineering).
